United Air Temp, Air Conditioning and Heating (“UAT”), a portfolio company of Summit Park, is pleased to announce it has completed a recapitalization of Bullseye Home Services (“Bullseye”), a provider of residential plumbing and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) services. The investment was made in partnership with Bullseye’s owner, Allen Crick and his wife, Melissa. Melissa serves as President of Bullseye and will continue in that capacity going forward. The rest of the management team will also be staying on in their current roles.

Headquartered in Osprey, Florida, Bullseye provides a range of plumbing and air conditioning services to residential customers throughout Southwest Florida, including pipe re-lining services, jetting and milling services, drain cleaning services, water treatment services, air conditioner maintenance and replacement, and duct repair.

UAT, headquartered in Lorton, Virginia, is a leading provider of HVAC maintenance and replacement services to residential homeowners. The company operates in five states throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, including Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, as well as the District of Columbia. Bullseye represents the fifth acquisition as UAT continues its growth in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
