Summit Park, a Charlotte-based private equity firm focused exclusively on the lower middle market, is pleased to announce the addition of Michael Finneran and Stephen Stites to our team. Mr. Finneran and Mr. Stites join Summit Park as Associates and will support the firm's efforts in the sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, as well as monitoring the performance of our portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Summit Park, Mr. Finneran was an Investment Banking Analyst with Fidus Partners. Mr. Finneran received his undergraduate degree in Finance and his master's degree in Accountancy from the Schools of Business at Wake Forest University.

Prior to joining Summit Park, Mr. Stites was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Aerospace, Defense and Government Services Group at Harris Williams & Company. Mr. Stites received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
