Summit Park is pleased to announce Jared Wagner has joined the firm as Director of Finance. Jared will be an integral part of the firm’s Finance Team, serving as the principal financial officer of Summit Park responsible for financial oversight and administration of the firm’s private investment funds and management company. In this role, he will also support and contribute to the firm’s regulatory compliance responsibilities.

Prior to joining Summit Park, Jared spent eight years at Apollo Global Management, Inc. (“Apollo”) servicing the managed Infrastructure and Opportunistic Real Estate institutional private fund product lines. Most recently at Apollo, Jared served as a Controller and Director, responsible for oversight of the related private fund product line reporting, compliance, and operations. In between responsibilities with Infrastructure and Opportunistic Real Estate at Apollo, Jared spent one year with iCapital Network, Inc. as a Controller and Director, focusing on feeder fund and fund-of-funds private funds. He began his career at KPMG, LLP, where he worked as an Audit Senior Associate servicing financial service firms.

Jared received his undergraduate degree in accountancy from the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific and is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of California, New York, and North Carolina.
