United Structural Systems (“USS”), a portfolio company of Summit Park, is pleased to announce it has completed the recapitalization of Basement and Crawlspace Solutions (“BACS”), a structural support and waterproofing services provider headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The investment was made in partnership with BACS co-owners Josh Coley and Neil Scott.

Founded in 2019, BACS specializes in foundation repair, crawlspace encapsulation, and related services such as floor stabilization, waterproofing, and concrete lifting. BACS serves residential customers throughout the surrounding areas of Chattanooga and North Georgia.

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, USS has established itself as a leading provider of foundation repair, crawlspace repair, and basement waterproofing services. Throughout its 25 years of operation, USS has earned a strong reputation in the region, a testament to providing customers with consistent, high-quality work. BACS represents the second acquisition as USS continues its growth in the Southeast.
