Summit Park, a Charlotte-based private equity firm focused exclusively on the lower middle market, is pleased to announce the addition of Peter Pritchard to our team. Mr. Pritchard joins the Summit Park team as an Associates and will support the firm's efforts in the sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, as well as monitoring the performance of our portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Summit Park, Mr. Pritchard was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials Group at Harris Williams & Co in Richmond, Virgina. Mr. Pritchard received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
